Full Conference Registration
The registration fee for COTA/ICQI/IPNRA/SL 2008 includes admission to all technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments, the conference reception and one copy of the Printed Technical Digest and CD-ROM.
Student Registration
Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students are required to present valid identification when they pickup their registration materials.
Emeritus Registration
Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.

Extra Conference Reception Ticket
The conference reception is only included in the Full Technical Registration fee. Guest tickets may be purchased for $60 per person.
Extra Technical Digest on CD-ROM
One copy of the Technical Digest on CD-ROM is included with the Full Technical Registration. Extra copies of the Technical Digest on CD-ROM will be available at the meeting for $75.
Checks and Money Orders
All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.
Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers
Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.
Refund Policy for Registration
A US $50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140. Requests for refunds that are received by July 3, 2008, will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing.
NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER July 3, 2008.
