Submissions

The World of Photonics Congress brings together a large number of general and topical meetings covering all topics relevant to the development of modern laser and photonic science and technology. For 2009, a series of special joint sessions are being especially coordinated in order to highlight topics at the interface of the thematic areas covered by the participating conferences, with the topics covered including emerging areas in biophotonics, fundamentals and modeling of materials processing with lasers, and fiber Lasers and amplifiers.

OSA is now accepting papers for the 2009 European Conference on Biomedical Optics (ECBO). The deadline for the 35-word abstract and 3-page summary is 5 February 2009 12:00 p.m. noon EST (17.00 GMT).
